  1. Thank you so very much. My wife thinks the book is incredible. It really puts into perspective everything she has learned – and much that she wasn’t taught- in a concise manner. She has been studying it for the past 2 evenings. Well worth having whether you are in the business already or just getting started.

  2. It took me a long time to find a training program that is this detailed. I found the layout easy to understand and liked the build from one chapter to the next. Overall a good program. I’m now in the field and found that I needed the advanced training course too but am happy that I completed this program first. I liked the study format. Each chapter had a self test allowing me to verify that I was retaining the needed info. Fantastic!!! Thank You!

  4. I have some experience in this field, but was hoping to sharpen my skills. Expecting the book to be “basic”, I thought the book would include in-depth explanations, i.e. a “how to” book. It was nothing of the sort.

The book is out of date as well. The industry has moved on and left this writing in the dust.

The book is poorly written. There are countless places where the proof readers (assuming they were used?) failed. Example: “While each individual case is different.” This is NOT a sentence. It is an incomplete thought and this book is chocked full of them.

The book is supposed to be basic and the chapter on “documenting the loan package” is nothing less than pathetic. It doesn’t come close to explaining how a loan is documented.

Finally, don’t even think about buying the author’s Advanced Loan Processor Training Manual. It’s just as bad and includes little more than what is in the basic book.
