I'm glad to have locked in the fixed rate mortgage, since I had an option ARM and now I feel like my future is much more secure. <br /> <br />This book is handy to have around if you are refinancing for the first time, or want to get a better deal this time around. <br /> <br />Thank you to the author - great job.
